Immunizations

All 7th graders are required to have updated Immunizations. Thank you parents for seeing to this.
STUDENTS MAY NOT ATTEND 1ST DAY OF SCHOOL WITHOUT THEM
Parents: If you have received a letter and/or phone call that you student needs an immunization, remember that he/she will not be allowed to receive a schedule or to attend class on the first day of school without proof of proper immunity. Please bring a copy of your child's immunization record to the school clinic before the first day in order to avoid delay in your child attending that very
important first day of classes.
Immunization records can be faxed to 832-249-4050 or emailed to [email protected].
A complete list of required immunizations can be found at the Texas Department of State Health Services website.
